Vehicle provenance

Vehicle identity, VIN details and available documents. We look for the information that matters when buying the car.

We refund your deposit.

If the vehicle is found not to match the agreed condition before purchase, we refund your deposit. You do not have to proceed with a car that does not meet our agreement.

We clarify the deposit amount, agreed vehicle condition and procedure for any discrepancies before payment.

Can I send you a listing I found?

Yes. Send us a link to the vehicle. We review the offer, discuss your requirements and agree the next steps. If you have not chosen a car yet, we help you select one based on budget, equipment and intended use.

What if the car fails the inspection?

We share the findings before purchase. If the vehicle does not match the agreed condition, we refund your deposit. We can then agree to look for another car. We review the deposit amount and rules before payment.

When and what do I pay?

We agree the deposit amount, scope of services and payment terms before payment. We also explain in advance what happens if the inspection shows that the car does not match the agreed condition. In that case, we refund your deposit.

How much does importing cost and what is included?

We prepare an individual offer based on the vehicle and services required. Before you decide, we explain the costs of the car, inspection, transport, documents, registration and related fees, including which items are included and which are charged separately.

How long does importing take?

Vehicle import usually takes up to 10 working days. We will confirm the specific delivery date for your chosen vehicle.

What do you need for an initial enquiry?

A model or vehicle link, an approximate budget and your contact details are enough. Your preferred year, mileage and equipment also help us select a car. We agree the documents needed for purchase, financing and registration according to your situation.

Is the calculator payment binding?

No. It is a calculation based on your inputs, excluding fees, insurance and any higher final payment. The actual offer and approval are determined by the finance provider. Compare the APR and total amount payable before signing.

Does the vehicle come with a warranty?

Yes. We provide a warranty on imported vehicles and are also available for after-sales support.

Can I view the car in Trenčín?

Available vehicles can be viewed by prior appointment at Rastislavova 1, Trenčín. Please call before travelling so we can confirm vehicle availability and the appointment.
