Website form

The phone number, email and content of your enquiry are stored. The enquiry is accessible only to the owner in MAJAK’s protected administration. An email notification is also sent to the company inbox; Resend provides delivery. We use the data to reply and agree the next steps. Do not include identity document numbers, payment details or other sensitive information.

WhatsApp and direct email

These options open your app with a prepared message. Clicking alone does not send it. If you send the message, it is also processed under the relevant service’s terms. Direct email and WhatsApp messages are not stored through the website form.

Correction or deletion

To amend or delete your enquiry, contact us at the email above and identify the request concerned. We do not use this form’s data to send marketing messages.

Help preferences and form protection

Your browser remembers dismissal of the help offer for the visit. The form limits repeated submissions using a short-lived hash of the connection identifier. This is not visitor analytics tracking.

Základné meranie návštevnosti

Web zaznamenáva súhrnné počty zobrazení stránok a kliknutí na telefón, e-mail alebo WhatsApp. Ukladá len deň, stránku, typ udalosti a všeobecnú kategóriu zdroja návštevy. Aplikácia neukladá IP adresy, identifikátor návštevníka ani celé adresy odkazujúcich stránok a nevytvára analytické cookies. Náhodné potvrdenie jedného načítania bráni duplicitnému zápisu; platí hodinu a maže sa pri ďalšom meraní. Denné súhrny sú dostupné 90 dní.
